BBIC - Customer First Success

Barnsley Business and Innovation Centre (BBIC) Ltd has recently been successful in achieving the Customer First standard.

Customer First is the awarding body for Putting the Customer First ® - the National Standard for Customer Service. The Standard assesses excellence in areas such as client relationships, market awareness and people and its main aim is to raise the quality of service delivery to customers by ensuring that organisations are developed, supported and assessed against the Customer First Standard.

BBIC initially committed to achieving the Customer First Standard earlier this year and was extremely proud to have been found compliant in all areas and awarded the Standard first time round proving our commitment to providing our customers with a consistently high level of service at all times.
